Cant Roll data since i canceled sky Tv
Hi all sky had technical problems downgrading sky TV from untimate to essentials so they allowed me to cancel sky TV completely without fees as was still in contract.
Well I have 4 sims with sky mobile and since I've canceled the TV I can no longer roll data on any of my sims after reading another thread I can see someone had a similar thing happen to them last year.
Surely sky can't be aloud to block a service you pay for and TV and mobile should be separate.

Hi @K7ng85 i would call sky on 150 to ask them to roll data for you and investigate why you can't.

Yeah I'm going to have to but over the last month I've spent a ridiculous amount of time on the phone and live chat trying to get the TV side sorted and being billed for it when I can't use it I'm really starting to loose the plote the stress this is all causing it having a negative effect of my already delicate mental health 😪 now have this issue just feel like canceling all direct debits and telling them to poke it but that will just make a debt so I have to continue contacting them and pray that it all gets sorted sorry for the rant just at my whits end with it all 😭
