Poor data service

Over the last year, Sky data has got very poor. Usually I only have 3G (which doesn't work), or often no bars at all. I've never got 5G, despite my phone being 5G-enabled. My partner is with 3 and has full 5G coverage at our home. 
Is the problem the Sky network?

Yep but I'm yet to ever get 5G. Sky's coverage seems to be very poor generally
