Cannot sign my mobile agreement

I have attached a photo, when i click sign here i just go into a loop. The messages in my inbox just says nothing there and try again... anyone else had this issue not being able to sign it?

If you go to my devices, if you find the device you ordered, there will be an option to sign the contract.
