Phone upgrade

If Iv just done a new upgrade do I still have to pay my old contract

You old phone has to be paid off in full, Sky should have given you a value for it so if this wasn't enough the difference will be added to your next available bill so would be paid via that.

Hi @Tom296  as part of the upgrade did you agree to swap your old phone ? If not then yes you will need to continue paying for the old device.
