I wanted to confirm we are seeing an issue this morning with rolling Piggybank data, we have the right people investigating it and will have it resolved as soon as possible!

It also coming up on my mobile that I have no data left and it only refreshed a week ago, so it's obviously I think something has gone wrong with sky mobile or the app

I have no data showing on my phones or tablets why, ? As it only refreshed just over a week ago, sky please sort this out

It's not just a piggybank issue. All 4 of my SIMs are showing no data and data is not available

You seem to have a different issue than the one we know about this morning where you can't roll piggybank data.
You mentioned you have no data, have you checked to see if there's an outage affecting your local area? You can check here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/service-status-sky-mobile

It's not a signal or regional outage issue, all 4 of my SIMs are showing no data available (online). Between the 4 SIMs we have 2 in the UK and the other 2 are overseas, all have the data issue.

My data is not working and I cannot roll any data it's I use this device for work and cannot reve any jobs without data ! I'm loosing my income for today due to this ! I also rolled data last week of 5gb out of my sky piggy bank it was deducted from the sky piggy bank but not added to my sim plan Andy's sim plan can this be resolved also this is not the first time this has happened and seems to happen quiet regular

This is unacceptable! I have a total of 10 sims across 2 accounts! 4 for security cameras, 6 for my family! How can you allow such a problem to occur. I'm relying on data to reliable and consistent. I'm very disappointed with this service, at a time when I need to stay connected. Not good enough Sky.

I have 6 devices with SKY Mobile and the data from all of them has gone down to zero this morning, despite having been updated last week. This seems to be a bigger issue than not being able to roll data from piggy bank (which I cant do either - get a message saying systems are being updated)

Same issue here! Account says no data which cannot be right and cannot add from my piggybank either. Have had the issue since 7pm last night. Hugely disappointing given that i have paid extra for my roaming passport which has been useless when Sky is also one of the few networks who dont allow you to roam
like you are at home in Europe. I'm assuming I will be refunded for the passport days that have been useless due to this issue?
