Lost my phone

My phone was lost/stolen last night, I need to report this to sky but I am unable to phone currently due to living alone and no other phone to call Sky but there doesnt seem to be any other way of contacting. Is there a way to log my phone as stolen and get a replacement SIM without having to phone?
