Cannot make calls ? Get a message saying I need a pac code

I'm trying to make calls but my phone says put in PIN number which I did but it locks me out and says I need a PAC no.?

Hi @Sue362  are you sure it's saying PAC not PUK ? A PAC is used to transfer your number to a different network. If it is PUK try eight zeros.
