Unacceptable poor service

I am absolutely fed up with SKy mobile errors that include in my bill pictures messages that I did not send, as well as sms abroad that I actually sent to my wife who is with me in Glasgow at the moment and not abroad, I am tired of paying extra money for nothing and it irritates me, in February I paid an extra 25 pounds for non-existent pictures messages, after that they again add various small amounts to the monthly payment for non-existent sms services, I have repeatedly contacted the support service with complaints about this and received zero support and zero refund of my funds, I can not remain a customer of Sky mobile with such a low level of service and schemes similar to petty fraud, I demand an investigation and a solution to this issue and a full refund of the illegally written off funds

You can't demand an investigation via the forum, well actually you can but nothing will happen. 

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.
