I've tried inputting the SWP number on the condition checker and it isn't working, Can anyone provide help?

You don't actually have to use the condition checker if you don't way but for your own record I would take a number of photos of your device to show the condition it is in prior to you sending it off.

How would you reccomend I take the photos and What should I be focusing in the photos

A photo of the phone on showing the screen then I would take on of the back and the sides.
