I've read through a few posts here and it seems like I'm not the only one with this problem. Recently took out a contract for IPhone 15 Plus and when sent the sim, I activated the physical SIM card. I'm now trying to convert this to an eSIM. Trying to send a verification code to my number but it keeps saying "Sending Fail" or something along the lines. Been on the phone to support 3 times tonight and getting nowhere. Can anyone help please?? This is so frustrating.

This is a known issue which is being investigated at the moment and we are working on a fix as soon as possible. At the moment you would need to continue to use a physical sim.

Hi Lisa is there a fix on the way? The iPhone 15 doesn't have a physical sim slot so what are we meant to do?

UK versions do have physical slot.

I see this is dated from September 2024.
Are SKY still unable to process eSIM ?
If so could they update their pages.
