My new Samsung mobile will not acce.ss my Sky wifi router. The password is deemed as incorrect, have tried numerous times

If you are seeing an error about entering the wrong Wifi password then make sure you are not getting a 1 and l or a 0 and O muddled as it is quite easy to do this. It must also be entered as shown on the hub itself so use upper case letting if required.

Hi @Tomekay is it WiFi password/key that's coming up incorrectly ? Have you tried restarting the router and the phone and ensuring the password on the router is entered correctly (upper/lower case very important) ?
