Certain apps - eg Whatsapp - not working with Sky wifi
I'm having a problem with certain mobile (iPhone 14) apps not working with Sky broadband.
We switched to Sky last week without any problem until today.
Now, apps like WhatsApp won't connect to the WiFi.
I've switched off and restarted the hub, done the same with my phone, cleared the caches of affected apps, but no joy.
Only thing which seems to solve it is switching on my VPN (which I don't want to do full-time).
Is anyone having similar problems or can anyone suggest a fix (other than use a VPN)?

Try adjusting your broadband shield settings.
You can do this via the MySky app or online here:
