Return new phone

Just received new phone but don't like it 
I know I can return, but can I return for different model

Hi @momo55  yes provided you are within the 31 day cooling off period. You need to call sky on 150 to do this. Can't be done here or online.

To be clear @momo55 while you can return it under the 31 day cooling off period rules you can't exchange it for another one as you will need to place an order for a new one which will mean you will be credit checked again of which you will need to pass.

If you are within your cooling off period then call Sky to arrange the return.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
