I have tried to buy a new phone contract however when I go to checkout the website does not load, its not cookies.
Devices are connected to my sky broadband, but I also tested on celluar data just to be sure nothing was getting blocked.
2x windows devices - with different browsers Chrome and Edge.
Ipad.
Iphone - APP / website.
Anyone else noticing this issue?, very odd its exactly the same across multiple devices on different platforms and networks since midnight last night.

It's 150 from a sky sim @Leno1 or use the link below and scroll to need more help at the bottom to get an 03 number.

Hi @Leno1 this does seem to come up from time to time on here. If it's not working for you all you can do is call sky and ask them to place the order.

Thanks I can only assume this is an account issue, im currently trying to find a contact number for mobile sales but they try get everything resolved online..

Im having exactly the same problem.
Spoke with support on WhatsApp yesterday and they said its a technical problem that should be fixed soon.
I tried again today and could get the deal to the basket if not logged in to sky. But as soon as I logged in, it crashed and said cant do it now, try later.
Has anyone got round the issue?

Only by calling Sky can you get around the problem.

Personally I wouldn't be so sure about that as technical issues like this get reported all the time on here.

Update.
I managed to get through to a support agent via MySky and they were able to process the order for me.
The support team on X (Twitter) and WhatsApp didnt reply.
