I have tried to buy a new phone contract however when I go to checkout the website does not load, its not cookies.
Devices are connected to my sky broadband, but I also tested on celluar data just to be sure nothing was getting blocked.
2x windows devices - with different browsers Chrome and Edge.
Ipad.
Iphone - APP / website.
Anyone else noticing this issue?, very odd its exactly the same across multiple devices on different platforms and networks since midnight last night.

Thanks I can only assume this is an account issue, im currently trying to find a contact number for mobile sales but they try get everything resolved online..

Im having exactly the same problem.
Spoke with support on WhatsApp yesterday and they said its a technical problem that should be fixed soon.
I tried again today and could get the deal to the basket if not logged in to sky. But as soon as I logged in, it crashed and said cant do it now, try later.
Has anyone got round the issue?

Personally I wouldn't be so sure about that as technical issues like this get reported all the time on here.

Update.
I managed to get through to a support agent via MySky and they were able to process the order for me.
The support team on X (Twitter) and WhatsApp didnt reply.
Sorted now,
