Cannot Roll Data from Piggy Bank

I'm having issues rolling data to my daughter and Wife's Sims on both the app and website. Daughter is due to go Skiing in 24hrs and she needs this Data. 

how do I get this solved ASAP this is ludicrous.....

not the first time it's happened l, but this time it's important it's sorted.

Good luck, it took weeks for them to sort mine. Crate a new thread rather than replying to this resolved thread which I created a few months back.

In the meantime Id suggest buying an international roaming esim, as long as the phone is unlocked.
