My order was cancelled but don't receive my money back

When was it cancelled as a refund can 

take a few weeks to be returned to you so if it has been longer than this then you will have to chase it up with Sky by calling them about it.

Hi @Valentin2  when was the order cancelled as it can take a week or two for refunds to come through.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Following the instructions and link from @caesarome shows the number for me but we understand some people aren't seeing it at present. I'm afraid Sky don't allow the actual number to be given directly in a post.
