I cancelled over 14 months ago, and I'm still getting monthly bills of a zero account.

I've tried to speak to customer services on chat, but they're saying they can't do anything.

@K10hrn Are you saying that you keep receiving monthly bill with the amount due being £0.00 each month

what services did you cancel and did you receive email confirmation of sky accepting the request

As long as they are not taking any money from you which they shouldn't do then I would ignore these messages as they might stop after a while.
