I want to know why I haven't downloaded it for February and do I have to use a SIM card since I have my own?

@SKY8882F  Your image can't be shown as you've left your account number showing on the image, you need to blank this out before posting it again.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Again you've posted the image with your account number showing, you need to remove it otherwise all images with it still present will be rejected.
