Cancel mobile order

Please can you cancel my order for an iphone 12. I opted for a 12 month contract, didnt read the small print and noticed its actually spread over 24 months and with astonishing total price. No thanks.

You aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. You will have to call Sky to cancel. If you then order an alternative you will undergo further credit checks.

@Kelleyre  No one here can cancel your order, you'll need to call Sky to do that 

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I can't find it! Nor have the patience to scroll and find it any longer. I don't understand why the number such a secret. Please can you post or email the number.

Firstly, we are customers here. The forum does not allow digits like phone numbers.

If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0333 number.
ROI: change the flag in the very bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides an 0818 number.
(The forum filters don’t allow us to type the digits in full).

As with most large companies the start will be automated but stay on the line and don’t hang up if you’re prompted to. Depending on your particular issue the operating times of the various departments may differ.
