I have just received and activated a new Sky SIM with double data when ordered with a new phone contract. I want to transfer the number from an existing SIM which I will then cancel as it is out of contract. I have tried transferring with PAC code but it comes up with an problem (I have read that PAC only works between different suppliers) I cannot seem to transfer the number from the Manage Sim on the Sky Mobile portal. Contacting Sky Support during the day is problematic so would rather do online if possible

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mark+Lawrence+72 You can't swap numbers between Sky sims. You will need to call Sky cancel the new sim & transfer the data deal to the old sim.
