Mobile not working

Constantly trying to ring people and it either goes silent after two rings, connects you to the other person but they can't hear a word you are saying or it sounds like you are underwater. I have a signal but huge concerns I wouldn't not be able to ring someone in an emergency. Sky this isn't good enough as I'm paying for a service I just can't use as I can't speak to anyone when I ring them! Please sort it out!

Try ordering yourself a replacement sim and activating it and using this in your phone when it turns up which should be in a few days:
