Cant call

Cant call or recive calls and cant text anyone but i can use 5g data im so [Removed]

Hi, I can't make any calls out or receive any calls. Making a call just ends the call even to Sky and everyone trying to call me gets a "you have dialed and incorrect number" When is this going to be sorted! Both me and my dad's phone is not working and it is critical for me to be able to contact my dad when I'm in the office. It is now 3 years we are struggling with the same issue intermittently. The last time it lasted for more than 2 months!!!

Also had same issue with my daughters phone today (CV34 area if that helps?)

I turned the phone off for a few minutes and turned it back on and this has rectified the issue.

Can't recieve calls. When my husband phones me it keeps saying incorrect number. He also has sky

Can’t make or receive cslks

1 am unable to make or receive calls to or from any network or landline , from my sky mobile .

this has been ongoing since yesterday .

i cannot contact sky using any method . 
nothing on the website regarding this issue. I know of one other person having exactly the same problem .

Not good enough sky. Going round in a loop on the phone and online to speak to someone, despite having done all the steps.  Getting updates on significant issues via a community thread is appalling. Currently away from home with no WiFi, no ability to make contact with those im away with or those at home.

And the reason i am getting vexed regarding this issue and the very poor - well no - communication from Sky is I have a poorly cat with a vet who cannot contact me

Totally agree with you, it's not good enough.

Ive done all the steps, turn off & on, airplane mode, reset network settings, tried sim in another phone, same issue. Spoke to 150  a few times, clearly scripted instructions to give out - I went off piste with them and asked to speak to a supervisor, suddenly I'm not listening to them. Would not transfer me to a supervisor. Repeated I've already done this with a colleague, it's not working, I was told I needed a new sim for my number. Wouldn't send one out but matter being escalated to the back office. They've now sent a text saying there's no problems with the mast and a link to check my device to troubleshoot. So there's either hundreds of people with sims that stopped working properly at exactly the same time or there's an issue affecting multiple brands of phones at exactly the same time because there are no issues with the mast. 
anyway, I've just repeated all the steps yet again and await to see how long it lasts this time, the record is currently two hours before I have to turn the phone off and on again.  Off to sob quietly in the corner.
