Both myself and partner having the same issue. Ongoing for 2 days now and partner uses his phone for work calls. This is affecting work and daily life. We are in Essex

Yes I am also having issues trying to phone my wife and keep getting sorry you've phoned wrong number which is not very good in the lease..

Can’t make or receive phone calls

Both me and my husband cannot make or receive calls, we have noticed this issue since Saturday 19/7/25

I can't make any calls or receive any calls? Any idea what the problem is. Bill has been paid.

I am currently experiencing this issue. It is intermittent, and turning the phone off and on seems to resolve it until it occurs again. This is affecting dialling out to landlines and other mobiles. It is also affecting inbound calls, as my wife tried to call me and received a 'number isn't recognised' message.

I didn't even realise until today which is the 22nd of July that my phone wasn't working excepting calls or making calls. I thought the people that I was waiting to ring me ghosting me now I've missed very important phone calls I missed very important appointments which are gonna cost me money when is this going to be fixed?

I am having the same issue. But when I can connect with in a few seconds of the phone call it goes quiet. This has been going on since Saturday now. It also appears to not connect mostly in the mornings. When I try to dial out it just goes to call ended but when I have had people trying to contact me they have said it says incorrect number. This has become frustrating as I need my phone for work and to contact my children.

Sorry to hear of the issues you are having! While this is being investigated by Sky, you can try the below steps to see if this resolves the issue.

 

Please complete the steps in this order.

 

Step 1- Restart Device
Step 2- Put airplane mode ON then OFF
Step 3- Reset network

 

Check below for how to reset network:

 

Iphone- Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings

 

Android- Settings > System/General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings.

What I can't I understand is why you never gave your sky mobile customers heads up that this could happen to your phone this is so inconvenient.

Because it's not affecting all customers. I've made a 23 minute call this morning without any problem.
