When people call me they get a message to say they have dialled an incorrect number

I have four numbers under one contract. For three of those four phones, we are getting the message that you have dialled an incorrect number. This has been over 24 hours now and we have switched the phones off and back on

Yeah I managed to speak to 150 on husbands phone and no help, stuck to a script like glue and wouldn't listen to what I was actually saying. Denied any broader issue. Will be returning to EE when contract is up for sure.. On a good day coverage / strength is poor in comparison.

I took to twitter and was chatting with a human being, with a name!

my phones now (🤞) working and have not lost service in 5 hours. This is what I did, turned phone off and on, turned aeroplane mode on and off, reset network settings. When the phone rebooted, toggled 5G auto to 4G ( as I haven't got the 5G add on)

hope this helps some of you. 
Sky are acknowledging there's been an issue now, shame I had to send the first tweet of my life to prompt some action.

Cant make calls

Me and my son both have Sky mobile and neither of us can make calls. Keeps saying incorrect number.

I have managed to be able to dial a Vodafone number though.

Have done all the normal things on the phones too.

That worked for 8 hours and now back to not being able to make or receive calls. Callers getting number not recognised and I'm getting call ended when dialling out. Have to keep turning phone off and on again.

do you have any time frames for the work you are doing to be completed please.

For the last few days I havent been able to make calls. I tried to ring one of my contacts and phone cut off. My contact rang me back but it says sorry you dialed an incorrect number please try again.

 

Connection is fine so no problem there. Get it sorted Sky we pay enough to use your service.

I have also followed the instructions of the 3 step process and it worked for a while. I'm so disappointed with Sky - you can't get passed the BOT because you end up trying to fix your Broadband which has absolutely NOTHING to do with the issue, customer service has no clue and makes you think it is your hand set and to top it off you get a text message pushing you to self help and articles that can't help you. 3 years in a row almost over the same period and it takes months to fix. 2023 it lasted until December!  Maybe a BBC Watchdog episode will kick them into gear - so many people with heartbreaking stories so far on here and where people have to pay for missing appointments and still nothing coming from Sky. It truly is shocking!

No service

I've had no service all day, wifi is fine but can't make calls or reduce texts and can't understand why. I'm at home and have been all day which isn't usually an issue and this contract/phone isn't something new. Nothing has changed, is there an outage or issue at the moment?

Really poor service Sky - I've not been able to receive or make calls for 3 days now. Not good enough and glad my contract is at an end.

Can’t make any calls

Both my daughter in Liverpool and myself near Southampton can't make any calls. No problems reported. Anyone else having issues?
