Mines is the same. Trying make a call and it's saying I'm dialling an incorrect number. I've switched my phone off 3 times and still the same

My sky sim is not working either can't even ring sky we have 3 sim and none of them can receive or make calls .it's definitely something to do with sky.

Hi I just restarted my phone and now it is working

My wife and son also can't make or receive calls. I am an another network and when I try to call them it says I have dialled an incorrect number. 

poor show from sky not kicking any comms out about it, it's clearly an issue.

People calling me getting message saying number not recognised and I can't call out unless via WhatsApp

I reported the issue to Sky using the form on the online status. Just received my first phone call. All seems to be working now.

Other people have been saying that turning your phone off then back on again fixes this for them.
