I have tried restarting my phone but still down does sky know that there's a problem

can't make or receive phone calls 

please help I have tried restarting phones nothing helped

same for me mum and my 3 kids 3rd day in a row now only calling via whatsapp

3rd day in a row for me and my family unable to make or recieve calls unles via whatsapp, coverage checker says no known issues, rang sky from my partner (with EE) they said must be the handsets, all the handsets were purchased via sky! very unhelpful

I've tried 8 times to call the same person this morning. It just cuts you off

I have the same problem. Tried to get help but the virtual assistant doesn't understand and won't let me talk to a person

21st July now, still the same issue, im in South Wales. So annoying, hope no important phone calls are being missed.

I have the same problem. I'm waiting on a call from the Vets! This happened a while back too.

Have you tried a reboot of your phone ?

I've just switched my phone off, waited a few minutes then switched it on, it seems to be working for now.

I am unable to make or receive calls . When someone tries to call me it says incorrect number and if I try to make a call it immediately says call failed and doesn't connect
