Can't get signal or internet

Havent had internet in my area or house for months and can't cancel as I have a 24 a month contract now its a joke wish I never switch to sky

Data contracts are usually 12 months.

Do you have a mobile from Sky as well as sim contract ?

Yes all of it 😫 keep complaining but can't get any answers

So the thing is mobile data isn't working on the phone, can you make calls and send texts ?

No internet always have to use wi fi and cant even use Google maps driving round my area only had phone 4 months and it's a new phone

Can you try the sim card in another phone to see if it then works for you ?
