Can't make or receive calls

I have 2 sims on my account and I can't make or receive calls, I also can't text. What's the point of having a phone on sky if you can't use it. Tried everything that's been suggested but nothing works. I keep getting conditional call forwarding active come up. Help

There are no issues apparently

In that case you will have to contact Sky support so if you don't have a landline phone then they can be contacted via their social media sites links of which are at the bottom of this page.
