I can't ring my grandparents on their landline number it's saying number busy but I'm sat in my grandparents house right now and their landline isn't busy why can't I ring them I use to be able to this has been the last 2 weeks only

Is it only this number that you can't ring so can you ring other landline numbers ?

Yes I can ring other landline numbers just not my grandparents landline

All you can do is to report this to Sky by calling them on 150.
