Hi, I ordered a phone back in June 2023 - which I've been paying for - and ordered a new iPad (this year October 2024) however on my account the iPad is showing on my account but the phone I ordered (which I'm still using and paying for) is not coming up.
how do I fix this?

I would give Sky a call tomorrow on 150 on your mobile so they can check for you that the two devices are on the same account as the chances are for some reason they might be on different accounts based on what you have said here.
