Can no longer connect to Sky internet abroad

Currently in Australia.  When I arrived in Australia my mobile connected to a local SP instantly but now stopped.  I've tried the online guides to reconnect automatically and manually but, when I try to save the info I've inputted they are not being saved!  So at the moment I can't make or receive calls or text messages.

To avoid confusion, you aren't connecting to 'Sky internet'.  It's cellular data and other services from an Australian network accessed from a handset containing a Sky Mobile SIM.
