Hello, I’m interested in purchasing a smartphone from Sky on an instalment plan. I would also like to keep my current phone number. Could you please provide information on the available phones, payment options, and the process for transferring my number? Thank you.

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

All available devices are on the Sky mobile website along with available data plans (subject to credit checks of course).

Buy the Sky sim and phone.

Activate the sim when it arrives but do not put it in your phone, so keep your current sim in it.

Get pac code from your current supplier

Give Pac code to Sky

When your current sim stops working insert your Sky sim in the phone.
