Calls to EE mobile number ended when answered

Since switching to sky mobile, I can't make calls to EE numbers. It rings but once it's answered, the call ends. It's like my number has been blocked. I've checked call settings on both phones (wife is with EE) I've reset both phones but the problem persists.

Hi @Andre3001  you could call sky on 150 and report it do they can look into it for you.
