Hi, I am recently new to sky mobile and would just like a bit of reassurance about the billing situation. I am paying for a two year phone and sim contract so therefore on the 30th of October paid an upfront payment. My online billing says I was due to have a bill come out on the 6th of November however nothing has been taken from my bank? I when will my first bill then be due to come out does paying an upfront class as that months payment. help!!
