I'm waiting on a new phone dpd tried delivering last Monday but I was at work, so I paid £4.99 to have it delivered Saturday, but it never arrived just had a notification to say it's coming tomorrow, they have done this every day since Saturday, it's not good enough

@Kellyyardy81 You need to take it up with DPD if you have paid them for a Saturday delivery.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You're only telling other customers here. Is there a family member at your address with the required I.D. and same surname as you who can accept the delivery on your behalf?

Think I just wanted to have a rant haha, I spoke to dpd yesterday and they have said it will come today but I still haven't had my 1 hour slot, so I'm not holding out much hope, I rang dpd yesterday and they were very unhelpful just said it should arrive today, I had to take yesterday and today off work for this as there is no one else at home, (partner at work, kids at school) 😩😩
