I have added 5gb using my roll back data and received my email stating its been added, but it doesn't show in the app as being added, but it's been deducted from my roll back...It should show over 7gb of data available..

You are not talking to Sky staff on here as this is a community where customers help each other.

 

Someties it can take a little while to update so if it hasn't done so after 24 hours then call Sky on the free 150 number so they can look into it for you.
