Billed for wrong phone

Was sent 2 iPhone 16 in error which were returned. Ordered Samsung 24 fe. Have been billed for 2 phones and not the samsung. My sky app us showing I have 2 x phones but I don't

Did you call Sky to let them know of this error as they will need to carry out an investigation into what happened if you were sent the wrong devices so if you did this and it was a while ago then you might want to call them again for both an update and about your Samsung phones.
