Just switched from 02 to sky set up my new phone went to open the sky app and I can't access my sky mobile details it says my account is linked but then nothing else happens, I need it to manage my daughters tablet, my phone and my step sons phone!! Anyone know why it's not working

Its says my account is linked, buy then nothing else happens and still comes back to the main sky mobile screen say 'get sky mobile '

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
