Did you call Sky to let them know of this error as they will need to carry out an investigation into what happened if you were sent the wrong devices so if you did this and it was a while ago then you might want to call them again for both an update and about your Samsung phones.

Hi @Sushi3566 did sky contact you about an "offer" to reduce your bills and give you a free gift then two iPhones turned up instead ? This is a known scam if this is what happened and it wasn't Sky who called.
