@Leon36 If your bill is overdue/services restricted and your account is still active then Sky don't accept payment plans, they will only restore services once the full balance is cleared.

If you want a payment plan for something else then you will have to find a way of contacting Sky directly to discuss your options, the community here is mainly a customer to customer support platform.
