maxed my devices

Hello, I've maxed my devices, so I paid off one of them, and they still say I,m at max devices, so I cant buy anthing of your store, I've complained, I've rang, I chatted online, still nothing, this dreadful please can you sort....on going for 5 days now

Hi @lamb1  it can take a little while if you have paid a device off for your account to update. If sky are saying you can't add a new device at this time then there is nothing anyone here can do to help.

10 days in still max devices and Ive got nothing back from sky,

I did say it could take a little while @lamb1 , in this situation it can take 150 days for devices to clear. All you can do is wait or try calling sky again to see if they ca process the order for you.

Mines been saying ive hit the max for months and months, I paid one off last year and one ended last month and ive just paid the bill a day early for this month and one other contract ends either this month or next, still it says im maxed, Sky need to sort their site out.

They only drop off your account (eventually) if returned to Sky. If it's stopping you adding a new device call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.
