Have you used the MySky app or your online billing to compare it with a previous bill to see where the increase has come from as it could be a sim deal you had has now ended.

We obviously can't see your bills. Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. It usually involves roaming charges, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.
