Switched to Sky sim, no information numbers on phone and only 3G

Hello.  I've just switched to Sky mobile and have activated the sim successfully.  However there are no information numbers on the phone; with O2 I had lots of numbers - voicemail, top up credit, etc.  Is there a list I can access so I can add them manually?

 

Also it's only showing as having 3G.  I've switched off and on again but still the same.  Will this change?

There is no credit to top up - this is done automatically by your billing if you spend out of plan.

Sky is on the same network as O2.  In theory you should receive the same service.  You may wish to enable the 5G addon (free) on your account if you have coverage.

Probably should mention that my phone is set to 4G, and when I switched it did say the sim supported 4G.

All Sky SIMs support 3G/4G as standard.  (Although 3G is being turned off)

 

As above, you need to add 5G.

Thank you PandJ2020 for taking time to reply.

 

I don't think my phone has 5G capability (Nokia C12) so I'm relying on 4G.  Hopefully it will work when 3G switches off or else I'll have to buy a new phone ☹️
