Hi, please can I pay my mobile bill by bank transfer?
I am waiting for a new bank card so cannot pay on my card. I cannot call to ask as my services have been restricted.
If I can get the sky bank details I could pay my bill today.
Also, how do i connect my mobile bill to the sky app as I cannot see it on there - only my tv/internet bill.
I emailed Sky about the above last week but had no reply.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreSky only accept credit or debit cards or a direct debit as the payment methods do if you are able to why not set up a direct debit because the payment is then taken directly from your account so no bank card is needed.
