Bill payed or not?

Hello,

I payed 15 euro to get the esim. All went good. Is the bill now payed if it says?

You should have a payment method in place on your account so it will be by this that Sky will take the payment from you on 17th January so there is no need for you to make this manual payment as you have done as all you might have done is to put a credit on your account so if you see this credit then this will be used to pay next months bill or it can be refunded to you.

Ok so on friday at 1 am the payment will be taken. What happens If the payment is unsucsessful?

If it is usually taken by a direct debit and if this fails then Sky will try again in 10 days time,
