I added 5g to 3 mobiles yesterday as MySky said "free" then today I had an email saying ,y bill was going up £1.50 a month for each mobile!! **bleep** are Sky playing at?

TBH - the email doesn't make it clear. Just thought it a coincidence that this happened on the 3 numbers I changed last night but no mention of the 4th phone that I didn't add to 5g.
I love the Sky products and don't really want to leave (have TV, broadband, Talk and mobiles) but they are impossible to speak to, constantly add these charges and provide nothing to those who have been with them now for well over 20 years!!
I can get everything cheaper elsewhere - maybe time to bite the bullet as their customer service in relation to long-standing customers is shocking.......

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @PhilYogi on checking again I believe these are annual price rises that sky have recently announced. If you have had the sims more than 12 months then call on 150 and ask to see if they can offer any discounts, worked for me.
