Bill not received

I bought samsung s24 ultra and didn't receive the bill until now

Update - We spoke to @Ashiga and after checking their ID, we provided a link to the message center where they found the credit agreement.

Your post isn't very clear, when did you receive the phone and do you now see it on your bill ?

I purchased it on feb 14th. Still i couldn't find the bills anywhere. If i need to claim the offers of samsung i need the bill number😒

It isn't the bill you need to get your claim in.

 

To claim upload a picture of an email about your order and also upload your credit agreement. Put the agreement number in the order number tab without the letters.

 

Your credit agreement can be found in your message centre:

 

https://messages.sky.com/message-centre


Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.

I couldn't open the credit agreement message. While opening it shows error page

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
