So about two hour's ago, talked to sky customer service, i ordered on 6th oct was told your order will reach in 3 4 more weeks, we are getting limited stock and we are delivering them directly we have hundreds of customers, so what he did cancelled my cosmic orange 256 gb order and then said order a new one today 512gb there are limited customers and reordered it, i don't know how it works payment deducted again from my account and said it will be delivered in 8 9 days after friday. Let's see what happens now and hope for the best

I'd say you made a mistake by reordering, a few customers have been getting their phones way before the expected delivery date, and they have ordered it on the same date as you.

 

But hopefully you do get your phone in the allocated time given.

Let's wait for one week, i hope you get it and me as well. Will let you guys know was it a mistake or i got a good advice from customer service.

Why did you call Sky if you've gotten an email saying it's going to be delivered on the 1st November? It hasn't even passed that date yet.

I called due to seeing on the thread a lot of other people have had the same text yet being told phone is still on back order, and that many others have been told a date and phone not arrived. I'm in a situation where I need the phone by a certain date due to delivery issues / working hours, so wanted to confirm whether I needed to go elsewhere.

@Ruthxo I ordered on 28th September.  I called sky 3 days ago and was told I will get the phone this week . Got dpd email yesterday and the phone is goin to be delivered today.  I was told not to cancel order because I will be taken out the list and if I reorder it meant waiting all over again

Ah that's fantastic news, hopefully worth the wait! To be honest think I'd be waiting just as long anywhere else, so fingers crossed phone will be here by 01/11.

I ordered 17 promax cosmic on 3rd October and still me expected delivery date shows coming soon can you please tell me when it will arrive, almost 4 weeks are done and still I'm waiting please let me know

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales.

iPhone 17:~ Any orders for a latest model iPhone are always likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

I've literally spoken to Sky this morning as a bird I ordered on the 29th of September. They are now telling me just sit back and wait. It could be anything up to 4 weeks even though there was only a four week wait if I cancel it, it will start it again and I will go back to the queue. Can somebody or anybody confirm what date they ordered and what date they received their phone  and what phone just to keep this thread going thank you so much.

I ordered on Monday 29th September. iPhone 17 ProMax 25GB in silver. 

Zero updates from Sky until Thursday 21st October when I received a text message saying to "expect" delivery on 1st November.

My account still says "on back order".

 

I am not confident that they will be sending so have been speaking to an advisor daily who have assured me that I will receive my phone this week. I'm still not confident but will wait until 31st and will be cancelling if it does not arrive on 1st November. 

 

I have no idea how they're rolling this device out as this thread isn't helping in that respect as people who ordered after me have received their device and then people who ordered way before me are still waiting. It doesn't make sense. 

 

I get that it's a brand new device but I will never be using SkyMobile again after this. 

Formal complaint put in 2 weeks ago and no acknowledgement of it (other than their standard response)

Ordered mine on day of release. 4 phone calls to sky each one with a promise of delivery "by end of week next week at latest" been promised extra data for my patience (which I haven't got!) discount on bills (this I have got) still no phone, still no idea of delivery may end up going elsewhere. Sky have no clue of when or even if they will get stock. Every promised date passed without explanation or information from them it's been down to me to chase. Miss a payment by a day service is shut off but they can't email with updates. Absolute rubbish service last time I'm ordering from them
