Apple iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air available for pre-order on Sky Mobile

I ordered on Monday 29th September. iPhone 17 ProMax 25GB in silver. 

Zero updates from Sky until Thursday 21st October when I received a text message saying to "expect" delivery on 1st November.

My account still says "on back order".

I am not confident that they will be sending so have been speaking to an advisor daily who have assured me that I will receive my phone this week. I'm still not confident but will wait until 31st and will be cancelling if it does not arrive on 1st November. 

I have no idea how they're rolling this device out as this thread isn't helping in that respect as people who ordered after me have received their device and then people who ordered way before me are still waiting. It doesn't make sense. 

I get that it's a brand new device but I will never be using SkyMobile again after this. 

Formal complaint put in 2 weeks ago and no acknowledgement of it (other than their standard response)

Ordered mine on day of release. 4 phone calls to sky each one with a promise of delivery "by end of week next week at latest" been promised extra data for my patience (which I haven't got!) discount on bills (this I have got) still no phone, still no idea of delivery may end up going elsewhere. Sky have no clue of when or even if they will get stock. Every promised date passed without explanation or information from them it's been down to me to chase. Miss a payment by a day service is shut off but they can't email with updates. Absolute rubbish service last time I'm ordering from them

Just got off the phone with Sky. I ordered an Iphone 17PM silver 256gb pn 02/10. I got the text message saying a delivery by 01/11 but havent received the tracking email yet. 

After talking with Sky, they told me it should be delievered by 01/11 but it could possibly be delayed til  03/11-05/11 as he talked with the delievery team and they informed him that they were meant to get a shipment today but still have not received the phones. The said if they receive the shipment by today then the phones should be delieverd on schedule.

I'm currently waiting on my new iPhone but on my order it now says my sim has been activated. Has anyone else had this as I haven't received the sim yet?

I've been waiting for my iPhone 17 for weeks with no update. I really need it as mine is broken. How long were others waiting?

I ordered same phone 15th October was told should be delivered 3rd /4th not holding my breath tho they said my app will update in 24/48 hours so we shall see

it was meant to say I ordered the 29th of September. I'm still waiting and the people are asking about their phone on the 15th of October. They told me 2 to 3 weeks wait and I've already been waiting since the 29th of September and I spoke to him today and they said possibly another 2 to 4 weeks

You should be receiving yours shortly I was told next week and I ordered the 15th

I don't think anyone on sky has any idea when they are getting stock or when people will receive their phone three has next day delivery I just think it's a joke

I had been on calls with sky 

I was supposed to receive today they all the different agents saying all different excuses 

no professionalism ,

she says urs is in back order 

some say need wait for 1-2 weeks 

im flying this weekend so im gonna cancel the order n go for another provider 

sky for the first and last tym 

ridiculous experience 

waiting for more than a month and at the end nothing
